The iconic Midwinter tiki bar will be in the hotel ballroom. It will be a cash bar. No outside alcohol is permitted in the ballroom due to Virginia ABC regulations.
The Wyndham is a 5 story facility with an elevator just outside the ballroom.
Unlike previous years at the Best Western, the Wyndham allows access to your hotel rooms without going outside.

At the event, the Pirates of the Potomac sell 50/50 raffle boards to raise funds for their charities. Each board has 50 tickets. Each ticket is $5. The winner collects $125. The boards are sold almost continuously throughout the Midwinter weekend.

Your MWMD registration includes:
MWMD will feature the traditional tiki bar with a full service cash bar. Due to Virginia ABC regulations, outside alcohol is NOT allowed into the ballroom.
